It sifts through this vast database to provide you with insights and guidance, even when you’re not consciously aware of all the details. Your subconscious is always on!

Motherhood is a wild-ride, right? With having 3 small kids, I can tell you that I grab any extra help I can get … and that’s where I realised how intuition in motherhood is a game changer. Here are a few reasons why I feel it is →

Rapid Decision-Making: Motherhood often demands quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Intuition becomes your rapid-response system, enabling you to make choices swiftly and decisively, especially when there isn’t time to weigh all the pros and cons. (and it definitely lets you know when you are leaning towards the wrong decision!)

Bonding with Your Child: Intuition fosters a deep bond between you and your child. It helps you understand their needs, emotions, and cues even before they can express them verbally. This empathetic connection strengthens the foundation of your relationship.

Confidence Booster: Raising children can sometimes, ok most of the time, feel like stumbling through a dark room. Intuition can be your guiding light, boosting your confidence and reassuring you that you’re on the right path, even when the uncertainty feels relentless.

Self-Trust: Trusting your intuition is an act of self-affirmation. It’s a declaration that you know yourself and your child better than anyone else, and spoiler → YOU DO! Allowing your intuition to empower you to parent authentically, helps with the constant need for validation or approval from external sources.
