In this blog article, we’re going to take a dive into the depths of your gut and unravel the mysterious world of intuition.

You might think that gut instinct is nothing more than a quirky figment of your imagination, but hold your horses! Turns out, there’s actually a scientific basis for that “gut feeling” you often experience. This ENS is directly connected to the brain, sending and receiving signals constantly. It’s like having a direct hotline between your gut and your brain! 

But here’s the fascinating part: the ENS doesn’t just work in isolation (like any part of our well-put-together-systems) It communicates bidirectionally with the brain through the vagus nerve (more to come on this!), which serves as a major highway for information exchange between the gut and the brain. This means that the gut and the brain are in constant communication, sending signals back and forth.

The price is unbelievably low, and it seems too good to be true. At this point, your intuition kicks in, giving you a nudge and raising a red flag. In this situation, your intuition is valuable. It alerts you to a potential risk and prompts you to exercise caution. It’s like an internal alarm system designed to protect you from making impulsive decisions that could lead to negative outcomes.

However, this is not always the case as you could have been disappointed in the past, so you could instead engage in careful analysis and critical thinking. You can take a closer look at the website, examine customer reviews and ratings, check for secure payment options, and verify the legitimacy of the seller. My gut instinct has served me impeccably well throughout my life and career by picking up non-verbal cues and energy patterns from humans that will not be good for me or my journey. I have overridden these flags some of the time where I’ve questioned whether or not I am being cynical as the rest of the team / company seem to think the person in question is an incredible human. However, as time went on – I was always, always right. In hindsight, I do wish I had trusted it earlier in many situations. Lessons learned!
