By accessing or using any of our products, including coaching, hypnotherapy, meditation audios, masterclasses, webinars, programs, group coaching, online courses (collectively referred to as the “Offering”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). - Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Company customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

The Offering and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taniel Strydom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Offering immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
