As we reach the halfway mark of 2024, I feel it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year so far and reassess our goals. In my latest episode of Ditch The Debate Podcast, I shared my personal journey through a rough six months.

Starting the year with a clear vision, I faced unexpected challenges including my father’s traumatic brain injury and my own health issues. These events forced me to put business plans on hold and focus on family and personal health.

I emphasized the importance of a holistic life review, encouraging you to consider all aspects of your life, from personal growth and relationships to health and finances. I introduced the concept of the “Wheel of Life,” where you rate different life areas and strive for balance.

The Wheel Of Life

I offered practical advice on setting realistic goals, breaking them into manageable steps, and staying accountable using simple tracking methods. Reflecting on the past six months, I shared my top learnings and encouraged you to focus on what truly matters.

This episode serves as a reminder that it’s okay to shift focus when life demands it and that achieving a balanced life is more important than solely chasing professional success.

Takeaway:

Reflect on your own year so far, reassess your goals, and strive for balance in all areas of your life to ensure you’re not just surviving, but truly living.
